  • I make these contributions/donations of my own free will and with my own funds.
  • No other individual, organization, or group has given me funds with the intent that they be used for a political contribution of any kind.
  • I am not making this contribution with any corporate funds but with personal funds. I understand that there are campaign contribution limits for the primary and general election cycles.
